Our approach to coaching
Good coaching creates space to think differently, see more clearly and choose what happens next.

At NAMA, coaching is a confidential and thoughtful space to step outside the day to day, make sense of what is happening and explore how you want to respond.
We bring curiosity, psychological insight and constructive challenge to the conversation while keeping the focus firmly on what matters to you and your context. Where useful, we integrate psychometric assessments and 360 degree feedback to deepen awareness and connect insight to meaningful action.
Our role is not to provide all the answers. It is to ask the questions that help people and teams see more clearly, navigate complexity with confidence and make more deliberate choices.
Individual and executive coaching
For leaders at different career stages, exploring leadership identity, confidence, relationships, communication, decisions, transitions and the pressures of senior roles.
Team coaching
For teams reflecting on how they work together, using real challenges to strengthen trust, communication, accountability, relationships and practical ways of working.
Shadow coaching
Observation of meetings, interactions or key moments, followed by thoughtful feedback on the behaviours and dynamics supporting or limiting effectiveness.
How we support
Coaching
Coaching creates space to think clearly, notice patterns and make more deliberate choices. We bring curiosity, psychological insight and constructive challenge while keeping the work grounded in the person, team and context.
Contract and focus
We clarify what matters, what success would look like and how we will work together.
Understand patterns and context
We explore strengths, relationships, pressure points and the system around the person or team.
Explore and challenge
We create a confidential space for reflection, honest questions and new perspectives.
Practise and apply
We turn insight into practical experiments, conversations and choices that can be used in real work.
Review and embed
We notice progress, learn from experience and reinforce changes that are making a meaningful difference.
